Firman Solutions
This position requires thorough knowledge of all construction divisions, means, and methods to generate accurate scope and pricing based on limited information. The ability to manage a workload of multiple estimates and participate in GC/subcontractor project walks is required. Candidates should be self-starting and highly motivated, with the capability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The best candidates will be detailed and organized team players with demonstrated delivery in high-pressure situations. xhyhwjd Excellent growth potential and benefits.

Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience estimating within commercial construction
- Onsite field experience desired
- Bachelor's Degree (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, and/or Business preferred)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project scheduling software knowledge
- On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, SmartBid, or similar bid management software
