Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Location: Sam’s Club #6220, 181 Northshore Blvd, Slidell, LA 70460-6821 Salary: $17.00 – $25.00/hr Employment: Full time Shift: May vary Position Summary Our members enjoy shopping for fresh food at Sam’s Club because of our hard‑working, friendly associates. As a freezer, cooler, and deli stocker you will keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide front‑line customer service in the deli. Your role supports smooth operations and a great shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Ensure high‑quality products are safeguarded and available for members. Maintain clean shelves, verify temperature control, expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality foods. Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and arrangements. Keep the workstation clean, sanitized, and ready for members. Support safety by following all procedures, performing safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions. Handle claims, returns, zoning, and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area. Provide customer service: identify member needs, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote company products. Follow food‑handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, adhere to cold‑chain procedures, and report equipment issues. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
