Flight Account Coordinator Job Responsibilities Verify specifications to the actual menu. Verify that the airlines are correctly catered for and that all equipment is in place. Inspect, approve, and finalize meal carts based on cart diagrams. Check the whole flight for completeness to ensure all carts are complete. Verify special meals are included. Ensure that meal counts are correct. Record temperatures of carts to ensure HACCP compliance. Work in a cold environment. Assemble first‑class meal carts. Work closely with the dispatcher for counts and flight schedules. In‑house flight verification only. Ability to work flexible hours, any day of the week. Job Qualifications Understanding of cart assembly and cart diagrams. Ability to read Cart Diagrams. Ability to work in a cold environment.
