Job PostingDutiesYou will perform ordnance materials handling functions such as receiving, issuing, storing, segregating, selecting, handling, prepping, and processing and shipping inventory.You will use information systems and maintain an accurate inventory of assets.You will receive/offload ordnance materials from trucks, rail cars, vessels, MILVAN's and other conveyances.You will perform receipt inspection per governing directives, providing assurance of quantity of item received and that material is correctly identified and further identifying visual damages, overages, shortages, or other discrepancies.Requirements Conditions of employmentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
