Job Description
Mammo Tech - Imaging

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 weekly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
- Required: AHA BLS
- ARRT - Mammo
- Official documentation of at least 200 completed mammography exams in the last 24 months (must be signed by leadership)
- 15 Breast-specific CEUs in the last 3 years
- 8 hours of digital training (documented)
- 8 hours of 3D/tomo training (documented)
- Documented 40 hours of mammography training
- Documented initial 25 supervised exams
- ARRT Mammography Certificate is required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform mammography procedures according to established standards and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients regarding the procedures, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions.
- Stay current with advancements in mammography technology and best practices.
