About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Institutional Research and Analysis to provide strategic leadership in enterprise-wide institutional research, analytics, data governance, and decision support. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that reliable data and evidence-based insights inform policy, planning, and resource allocation. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making, developing collaborative relationships, and building organizational capacity. The AVP-IRA will also lead research and policy analyses on critical issues such as enrollment, student outcomes, workforce trends, budgeting, and institutional effectiveness, and will be expected to translate complex data into clear recommendations that support the company's mission and long-term strategy. Applicants for the AVP-IRA position at the company should have a strong background in institutional research, data analysis, and higher education. The role requires a leader who can promote consistency, collaboration, and excellence in institutional reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing a team, as well as a deep understanding of emerging practices in higher education.
