What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe, portion, and quality standards
• Keep your station stocked, clean, organized, and ready for each rush
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures every shift
• Work efficiently to help meet ticket times while maintaining food quality
• Communicate with kitchen teammates to keep orders moving smoothly and accurately
• Assist with prep, restocking, and cleaning responsibilities as needed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen

What We're Looking For

• Prepare and cook menu items on the line quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and keep station tools stocked and ready.
• Support hot and cold line tasks, including prepping ingredients and assembling menu items.
• Adhere to sanitation, allergen, and storage procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
