Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
- Wash, decontaminate, clay bar, and dry vehicles using safe wash methods.
- Vacuum interiors, shampoo carpets, extract upholstery, and clean floor mats.
- Clean and condition leather, vinyl, plastic, and interior trim.
- Clean windows, mirrors, door jambs, and trunk compartments.
- Dress tires, wheel wells, plastics, and engine compartments.
- Perform paint decontamination, polishing, and one-step paint correction as assigned.
- Apply ceramic coatings, paint sealants, and protective products.
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure company quality standards are met.
- Identify and report existing vehicle damage before work begins.
- Safely operate detailing equipment, polishers, extractors, pressure washers, and steam cleaners.
- Maintain detailing supplies and equipment.
- Keep the shop and work areas organized and clean.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards.
