Draft and negotiate agreements for quantum system sales, cloud access, and partner deals. Partner with IP team on R&D collaborations, joint development, and licensing. Government Contracting Serve as lead counsel on federal contracts with AFRL, DARPA, DOE, and national labs. Advise on FAR/DFARS, negotiate subcontracts, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity rules. Function Growth Create and refine contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows. Train sales, BD, and procurement teams on contracting and government compliance. Rigetti Computing designs and manufactures superconducting quantum processors and delivers quantum computing via cloud and on-premises systems.
