Job Description:
The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional, welcoming attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, candidates, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or contact.
- Assist with front desk operations, including sign-ins, badges, paperwork, and general office support.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and communication logs as needed.
- Support the team by helping coordinate appointments, deliveries, and daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a friendly, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen and background check
