Plumbing Mechanic - Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking a Plumbing Mechanic to join our team! The selected individual will install Plumbing, Sprinkler, and and Mechanical systems for new construction commercial buildings mid rise & high rise.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and install plumbing, sprinkler, and mechanical systems
Multi-task
Daily ordering of material for project
Prepare daily reports at end of work day
Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
OSHA certified for NYC, Fire watch, Fire torch burner
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Ability to understand plans and layout work on project

Qualifications:

Previous 6-8 years experience in plumbing or sprinkler, or mechanical piping related field
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized & Efficient
Reliable, loyal & trustworthy
Experience in the installation of plumbing systems for mid & high rise buildings
