We are seeking a Plumbing Mechanic to join our team! The selected individual will install Plumbing, Sprinkler, and and Mechanical systems for new construction commercial buildings mid rise & high rise.
Responsibilities:- Assemble and install plumbing, sprinkler, and mechanical systems
- Multi-task
- Daily ordering of material for project
- Prepare daily reports at end of work day
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
- OSHA certified for NYC, Fire watch, Fire torch burner
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Ability to understand plans and layout work on project
Qualifications:
- Previous 6-8 years experience in plumbing or sprinkler, or mechanical piping related field
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized & Efficient
- Reliable, loyal & trustworthy
- Experience in the installation of plumbing systems for mid & high rise buildings
