Surface Experts is a national franchise servicing the Greater Charlotte area, seeking individuals looking for a rewarding career and to be an integral part of our team. Surface Experts established and leads a nationally recognized market for small surface repair and refinishing, as an alternative to replacement. Technicians represent Surface Experts by traveling to a variety of local industries and are responsible for repairing interior hard surfaces and delivering quality results in a timely manner.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

What Does A Typical Day At Surface Experts Look Like?

Pick up your custom vehicle at our Matthews office. Travel to assigned apartment complexes, residential homes, construction sites and more. Communicate with property personnel. Perform spot repair on chipped tubs, scratched stainless steel, damaged cooktops, stained countertops, and more. Refinish countertops and bathtubs when needed. Enjoy working with a great team consisting of husband and wife owners, experienced Sales Professional, 6+ year veteran Repair Technician promoted to Operations Supervisor and knowledgeable and efficient Surface Repair Technicians!

We're seeking candidates who are able to work independently, be self-motivated and have a positive customer service attitude. It's also necessary to have an excellent work ethic and a clean insurable driving record.

We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels Almost Everything!. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
