Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN for long term care on a per diem, flexible shift basis. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values your expertise and commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN
  • Provide patient care and assist in daily living activities.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
  • Monitor patients' health status and report changes to the nursing staff.
  • Document patient information and care provided accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements of the LPN/LVN
  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in long term care preferred.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
