Job Description Summary:Job Description:Job Duties:Coordinating breeder and commercial turkey orders from entry through shipmentArranging flight bookings and transportation for international shipmentsPreparing and reviewing export documentation and health certificates for USDA endorsementUploading required documentation into appropriate systemsCommunicating order details, timing, and updates with domestic and international customersCoordinating with hatchery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedulePreparing USPS/UPS shipping labels and delivery ticketsTracking shipments and helping resolve issues or delaysPreparing weekly sales reports and documentation for AccountingEntering and maintaining data in internal systemsRunning required reports and supporting compliance-related processesProviding general administrative support to the Logistics DepartmentQualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProblem-solving skills and the ability to adjust when plans changeStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a time-sensitive environmentComfort learning multiple systems, processes, and documentation requirementsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to work independently while supporting a teamBenefits:Aviagen provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the healthcare and financial well-being of our employees.
