Key Responsibilities Proactively connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, internet leads, referrals, and community outreach. Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs through meaningful conversations. Confidently present insurance options based on each customer’s needs. Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain an active pipeline. Navigate objections and confidently ask customers to move forward. Meet individual and team activity, quote, and production goals. Track activity and follow-up opportunities accurately. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development. Maintain compliance with agency and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking with new people. Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable results. Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations. Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Coachable, accountable, and motivated to continuously improve. Previous customer-facing experience is preferred, but personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most. Insurance experience is not required.
