Imaging General Manager - Rocky Mountain Market

GE HealthCare seeks a General Manager for its Imaging division in the Rocky Mountain region to lead a commercial sales team driving orders, revenue, and margin growth. The role requires healthcare sales leadership experience and independent management of commercial objectives within operating budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial sales team to achieve orders, revenue, and margin growth targets
Develop and execute business plans aligned with operating budgets and guidelines
Coach team members on sales practices and build high-performing culture
Build strategic relationships with customers through presentations and consultative engagement
Make independent commercial decisions and resource allocation choices for market success

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7+ years medical sales experience
Healthcare sales leadership position experience
High-technology product sales and solutions track record
Business management, financial planning, and resource allocation skills
Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities
Ability to travel and live within Colorado, Arizona, and Utah markets

Compensation: $156,800–$235,200 base annual, plus performance-based incentive compensation and benefits
