Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your ideas. Oversee the development and execution of everything from large-scale, multi-channel campaigns to small, one-time projects. Direct teams in execution with an appreciation and understanding of craft. Build relationships internally and externally that enable stakeholders to trust you when taking risks. Partner with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA and tech. Motivate and manage direct reports, working with creative operations on career development. Responsibilities Who you are: You live and breathe online culture and the latest social media trends. You’re comfortable leading a team, but happy to create and execute work when the time calls for it. You thrive in a team environment, bringing humor, charm, kindness, and creative energy to every project. You work well with other high-performing creatives to deliver standout, polished content. You understand Gen-Z culture and can translate it into thumb-stopping brand social content that resonates with this audience. Qualifications Required: Four-year degree and at least ten years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong social first work, along with digital and multimedia experience. Proven track record of successful creative work, along with expertise developing cross-channel campaigns. Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers. Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better. Experience with IAT’s is a plus. Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
