The firm represents employers in a broad range of employment matters across state and federal courts and administrative agencies throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding region.What You Will DoRepresent employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and FMLADefend clients before the EEOC, PHRC, and other administrative agenciesHandle wage and hour defense including FLSA and Pennsylvania wage payment mattersDraft and argue dispositive motions including summary judgmentConduct and defend depositions of witnesses and expertsAdvise employers on hiring, discipline, termination, and accommodation issuesManage cases from inception through trial preparation and resolutionWho You Are2-7+ years of labor and employment defense experienceActive Pennsylvania Bar license in good standingNew Jersey Bar admission is a strong plusStrong legal writer with practical judgment and client communication skillsExperience managing an independent caseload with minimal supervisionComfortable advising employers on day to day employment matters alongside active litigationWhat This Role OffersCompetitive base salary $150,000 to $200,000+ depending on experienceHybrid work flexibilitySophisticated employer defense work across a broad range of industriesDirect partner access and meaningful case responsibility from day oneClear path for growth and advancement within a well-regarded national platformAdditional Opportunities AvailableThis is one of several openings we are currently working across the Philadelphia labor and employment defense market.
