Blackstone is a contracted provider for most major insurance companies across the country, helping expand patient access to essential sleep apnea diagnosis and care. Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth by promoting Blackstone’s home sleep testing services to healthcare providers and clinics. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospective accounts, scheduling and conducting sales presentations (virtual and in-person as needed), and building strong, long-term relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and key decision-makers. The role involves following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding territory sales targets. The representative will provide ongoing customer service support, address questions about home sleep testing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Regular reporting, use of CRM tools, and market feedback to leadership are also essential parts of the role. Qualifications Sales skills in presenting solutions and driving results, including strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development capabilities. Ability to build and maintain professional partnerships, with proven Relationship Building and Customer Service skills. Excellent interpersonal and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for engaging healthcare professionals. Previous outside sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or related fields is highly beneficial. Comfort working remotely, managing a territory, and using CRM or sales tracking tools to organize activities and report results. Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory as needed.
