Highlights

• A full-time general surgery role available due to the retirement of a current surgeon.

• Located in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, surgeries will be performed at our modern Medical Center, a 60-bed, Level III community hospital.

• Experience a wide range of general surgery in a collaborative and collegial atmosphere.

• As the area continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to build a fulfilling practice with a diverse patient base.

• Enjoy excellent facilities, including a new hospital with physician offices, five exam rooms, and a dedicated state-of-the-art procedure room.

• Benefit from a strong support team, including RNs, MAs, and three shared APPs, ensuring efficient operations and optimal patient care.

• The call schedule is manageable, with a 1:3 rotation and weekend call at 1:6.

• Access DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to streamline workflows by generating draft patient notes for easy review and editing.

• Work in an environment that prioritizes safe and equitable care for all patients.

Training and/or Experience Required

Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program is required.

Fellowship training is not mandatory.
