Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,398 per week

Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in White Plains, MD. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Work with patients recovering from injury or illness to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Assist with treatment planning and progress documentation as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Assignment Details Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Maryland PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a skilled nursing facility.
