Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care throughout all phases of surgical procedures
• Assist with robotic-assisted surgical cases, ensuring proper setup and support
• Support neurosurgical procedures and a broad range of OR case types
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to maintain patient safety and workflow efficiency
• Adhere to sterile technique, infection control protocols, and facility policies throughout all procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Demonstrated experience with robotic surgical systems
• Experience in neurosurgical cases
• Broad, well-rounded OR experience across multiple surgical specialties

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification or pursuit of certification
• Experience in a high-volume or academic surgical environment
