Finance Manager, US IM, Gross-to-Net

Finance Manager role overseeing Gross-to-Net financial strategy and forecasting for the US Innovative Medicine Neuroscience portfolio. Responsible for financial leadership, stakeholder alignment, and quarterly close processes while managing one Senior Finance Analyst. Hybrid position based in Titusville, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Lead Gross-to-Net forecasting process across Finance, Brand Management, Pricing, and other key stakeholders
- Present Gross-to-Net content at senior leadership reviews including CFO and President Reviews
- Execute quarterly close activities with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance oversight
- Manage balance sheet accounts and compliance processes for assigned channels and reserves
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and forecast accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting minimum
- Minimum 5 years finance and/or accounting experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills across organizational levels
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- People management experience preferred
- Ability to execute in fast-paced, ambiguous, matrixed environments
