Practice Details

Specialty : Urology Physician EMR system: EPIC Reason for Coverage: shortage of physicians due to retirement/open position FTE or Shifts per month needed: 0.25 FTE Inpatient, Outpatient or both: Inpatient Target start date and Length of need: 11/2/26, at least 6 months through April 2027.

Monthly Shift Schedule : 7 shifts per month (Mon-Sun) starting as soon as credentialed - must present with exact availability November 2-8 or 7-13 Need the weekend of November 7 & 8 covered specifically Can use someone for the Thanksgiving holiday as well - November 23-29 Present exact availability (or optional weeks) each month.

Locums Shift Schedule (exact weeks or dates): Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am 12pm with additional hours as needed Call Coverage Schedule (exact weekends or dates): Monday - Sunday; Locum physician would be responsible for all calls 4PM-8AM weekdays and Friday 4PM-Monday 8AM.

Type of patients / cases / procedures required : Urology inpatients: consults, rounds, add-on cases. Patient Encounters per shift: 10-15 Available support staff: Physician Assistants, Urology Residents, and office staff Support Specialties available: Jefferson has most specialties available.

Certifications required (Board Certification/Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.): Board Certified Vaccination Requirements: Yes, usual requirements Will you accept licensure candidates (IMLC or standard process)? IMLC will be accepted Hospital Privileging: 45-60 days from application to network committee meeting - Application is required to be completed and returned with all documentation within 10 days of receipt. R&A should be requested during the presentation process along with COI History
