Overview Position: General Manager Location: Tulsa, OK (Multiple Locations) The Justin Thompson Restaurant Group (JTR Group) is a Tulsa-based hospitality company known for award-winning restaurants, exceptional guest service, and thoughtful culinary experiences. Our diverse concepts range from elevated fine dining to modern Southern comfort, each delivering warm hospitality and a distinct personality. We are seeking a talented General Manager to lead one of our restaurants and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Leadership & Culture: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with JTR’s service standards and values. Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Lead by example with integrity, empathy, and professionalism. Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives genuine hospitality and a consistently excellent experience. Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback. Promote guest engagement, loyalty, and return visits. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including service execution, cleanliness, scheduling, and shift flow. Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Coordinate closely with culinary leadership to ensure menu quality and execution. Profitability & Performance: Manage controllables and labor to meet or exceed budget targets. Drive revenue through private dining bookings, community partnerships, and local promotions. Monitor and analyze KPIs to guide decision-making and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. Financial acumen including budget management, cost control, and an eye for profitability.
