Clerical Accounting Position
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? We're looking for someone to join our team in a key role that involves complex, specialized clerical work. You'll apply advanced accounting principles to help maintain accurate financial accounts and records, playing an important part in supporting the Clerk of the District Court.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)

What You'll Do:
- Process payments, receipts, checks and garnishments
- Create payment vouchers and cash receipts
- Process civil orders and create judgments within the case
- Provide customer service at the front counter for walk-in visitors
What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional coursework in accounting or finance
- At least 6 months of experience in office and clerical work, especially with financial transactions
- Or an equivalent combination of training and experience
