To support a growing outpatient psychiatry practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Therapist will conduct individual psychotherapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions and document patient progress in a timely manner Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary for optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness Required qualifications Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
