Patient Care Technician - HAC Prevention & Safety Lead

Geisinger Health System

Geisinger Medical Center seeks a dedicated HAC-P Team member to provide frontline support focused on preventing hospital-acquired conditions such as BSI, CAUTI, CLABSI, and HAPI. You will collaborate with frontline staff, Infection Prevention, VAT, and providers, delivering real-time education and corrective guidance. Responsibilities include high-risk patient rounds, comprehensive skin and device-site assessments, IV and catheter site care, and documentation in EPIC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
