Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll provide targeted learning support, working closely with children requiring special education services. Candidates with experience in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program or fluency in Mandarin Chinese are especially encouraged to apply, though these are not requirements. Qualifications and Preferred Experience

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher with an early childhood or Early Years focus (PreK3-K)
• Background with International Baccalaureate (IB) programs strongly preferred
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive classrooms for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
• Provide differentiated instruction tailored to students’ varying needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
• Monitor and document student progress, making timely adjustments as needed
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Maintain compliance with all special education regulations and reporting procedures
