Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Director based in the Grand Rapids Metropolitan Area. The Membership Director will oversee membership development initiatives, coordinate outreach efforts, and build relationships with current and prospective members. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to grow and retain membership, managing budgets related to membership activities, and delivering exceptional service to elevate the member experience. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and leadership to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Strong experience in Membership Development and Sales to effectively grow and maintain the member base Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships with members and guests Proficiency in Budgeting to manage membership-related financial responsibilities Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and a passion for building connections Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus Previous experience in the private club sector or hospitality industry is advantageous Strong organizational and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Blythefield Country Club
