Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Patient ratio experience of 4 - Experience with Epic charting system - Trauma Level II experience required - Travel experience required Description: ER Registered Nurse needed. The position requires certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. Every other weekend is mandatory. Five years of experience is required as per management. Candidates must possess strong skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, and central line care/management. Experience in the interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) and dysrhythmias is essential. Administration and monitoring of procedural sedation are also required. Daily census ranges from 50 to 70 patients. Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The unit supports interdisciplinary services such as physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, and social services. Candidates must provide accurate work history for the last 7 years. All compliance documents are required 10 days prior to the start date.
