Workforce Management Manager

Leading the evolution of workforce strategy, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Workforce Strategy will manage workforce planning, operational performance, and scalable management capabilities across contact center and pharmacy operations. Key responsibilities Develop and evolve workforce models, staffing structures, and capacity planning frameworks to optimize patient services operations Build and lead a scalable Workforce Management function focused on forecasting, scheduling, and resource optimization Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead structured problem-solving initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality Required qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in operational strategy, workforce management, or related fields, preferably in healthcare or technology Demonstrated experience in designing workforce operating models and leading capacity planning and resource optimization efforts Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing sustainable solutions Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives while developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
