Ascension Coffee is seeking a Café Kitchen Manager in Dallas to support the Café General Manager in all aspects of operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, leadership, inventory control, and food safety. The role, not remote, requires 45+ hours per week with a strong focus on quality, profitability, and collaboration with the culinary team.
