Team Member Housing Senior Supervisor

Overview As a Housing Operations Supervisor , you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of Kings Island’s associate housing facilities. This role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for our seasonal associates. You will supervise housing staff, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping, and foster a positive community experience. This position is Part‑Time year‑round working at the park. You will work between 30-39 hours a week throughout the year with benefits provided. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of associate housing, including check‑ins, check‑outs, room inspections, and incident response. Supervise and schedule housing team members, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance support. Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and housing policies. Serve as a liaison between residents and park leadership to address concerns and enhance the housing experience. Coordinate with Facilities and Security teams to maintain a safe and functional living environment. Plan and support community‑building activities and housing events. Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and incident reports. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality, Property Management, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of supervisory experience in housing, hospitality, or property management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
