Join Our Team at Cracker Barrel

They say you are the company you keep - and at Cracker Barrel, we take that seriously. Whether you're greeting guests, rolling out biscuits, or keeping things humming behind the scenes, you make the moments that matter, both big and small. Here, the work means more because we take pride in doing it together. So, join our team and find your place, because here...we're all in good company.

What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

Every great dining experience starts with a table that's clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome guests in - that's where you come in. As a Busser, you help set the tone for hospitality from the very beginning. You're doing more than clearing tables, you're resetting the stage for new memories to be made. Working closely with the dining room team, you'll keep things moving smoothly, helping create the kind of experience guests remember long after the meal is over. So if you're someone who...

• Spots what needs doing and jumps in to help
• Feels proud of making things better for others
• Stays organized and moves with purpose
• Brings a team-first mindset

... come on in, we've been expecting you! No restaurant experience? No worries. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
