Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst – Legal Document Review Location: West Des Moines, IA (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Interview: 30-Minute Video Interview Job ID: 178091 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Legal Operations team. The role involves reviewing legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before they are sent to third-party legal partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, legal document review, litigation support, or collections. Key Responsibilities Review physical and electronic legal documents for accuracy and completeness. Verify information against supporting documentation and ensure all data matches. Validate legal forms to ensure compliance with state-specific requirements. Review notarization, signatures, dates, and supporting legal documentation. Perform judgment and complaint validations as required. Identify discrepancies and document findings for correction. Ensure documents meet internal quality standards before submission to third-party legal partners. Maintain high accuracy while managing a high-volume workload. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues. Required Skills 1+ year of Quality Assurance or legal document review experience. Experience reviewing legal, compliance, financial, or operational documents. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and proofreading skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of collection law. Experience with civil litigation or legal procedures. Understanding of credit card operations or consumer lending. Paralegal certification is a plus. Previous banking or financial services experience is preferred.
