As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, both new and returning. In many ways, you'll be the voice of our business! You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, all aimed at providing the best customer experience possible. This includes but is not limited to: Assisting customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text. Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs. Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions. Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications. Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics.
