Staff Software Engineer, App Ads Privacy

Partner with Product Managers and external stakeholders to translate complex measurement and performance gaps into technical solutions that recover signal loss and improve campaign performance.Develop and scale privacy-preserving measurement features that ensure compliance with global regulations and platform changes while maintaining data utility for modeling.Lead technical alignments across product and infrastructure teams to ensure that high-fidelity measurement signals are integrated into advanced bidding and reporting systems.Drive the long-term health and efficiency of high-traffic data pipelines by systematically identifying and resolving monitoring issues and establishing operational best practices.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, ensuring the team’s designs are scalable and forward-looking.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.Experience in working with advertising platforms.Experience with data analytics.
