Your Role Planting, pruning, fertilizing, deadheading, and weed control Leading and mentoring a small team to maintain high standards in garden care ⚡ Prioritizing safety while working efficiently outdoors Training and developing skills on‑site and at our yard What We’re Looking For 1‑2 seasons of experience in a garden crew or leadership role ️ Hardworking, eager to learn, and willing to share knowledge Ability to lift 25 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks A valid driver’s license andbe insurable ⏳ Willingness to work overtime when needed Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Join Our Team and Love What You Do!
