This role exercises independent judgment in daily operations and serves as a key liaisonbetween staff, providers, and senior leadership.This role provides direct supervision of nursing staff and oversees other clinical team members withinCardiac Services as applicable. The Supervisor maintains clinical competency across all service areas, isexpected to cross-train, and provides direct patient care support as needed. This position partnersclosely with leadership to ensure consistent operations, staff engagement, and alignment withorganizational goals.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Licensure/Certification:· Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license required· Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred· Current BLS and ACLS certifications requiredKnowledge/Experience:· Minimum five (5) years of RN experience required, preferably in cardiac or acute care· Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred· Ability and willingness to cross-train across Cardiac ServicesSkills:· Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and critical thinking skills· Strong clinical expertise in cardiac care· Experience with staff supervision, performance evaluations, and employee relations· Effective communication, conflict resolution, and team-building abilities· Knowledge of staffing models, workflow optimization, and performance management· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical environment### About Us## A NONPROFIT HEALTHCARE PROVIDER IN EL DORADO COUNTYMarshall is a nonprofit community healthcare provider located in the heart of the Sierra Foothills.
