Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using customer service software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
