Your Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential candidates, presenting MLR's opportunities while assessing their interests
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruitment specialists for in-depth assessments
• Engage with leads consistently to foster interest and support the hiring process
• Keep precise and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you set up, interviews conducted, and hires that arise from your outreach
