Use diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development, and facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions. Engage in community organization to grow the business. Manage staff and finances of the outpatient center; identify key indicators and influence them. Communicate with Regional Director on an ongoing basis and provide clinical and operational performance updates. Qualifications Current and valid New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. Successful completion of all educational requirements for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
