Join Our Team as a Dining Room Attendant at the Embassy Suites Asheville Downtown!

Do you have a sharp eye for detail, love keeping things organized, and want to be the secret to a flawless dining experience?

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a dedicated Dining Room Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. In this essential role, you will be the backbone of our dining floor—responsible for keeping our dining areas sparkling clean, beautifully organized, and fully stocked. Your efforts will provide vital support to our service team and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless, pleasant dining experience from the moment they are seated.

The starting pay for this position is $12.50/hour, plus tips .

What You’ll Do:

• Set up tables for service, including linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages, ensuring prompt service.
• Clear and clean tables, resetting them for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including removing used dishes and trash.
• Replenish dining room supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils.
• Monitor dining area for maintenance or cleaning needs and address them promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with requests or questions.
• Assist with organizing the dining room for special events or larger parties.
• Follow hotel safety and sanitation standards.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a dining or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
