Customer Service Representative

Job Description Location: Fall River, Massachusetts CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Customer Service Representatives in the Fall River, MA area. Customer Service Representative acts as the primary link between the manufacturing/distribution facility and the clients. The role focuses on processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive customer relations regarding personal care and soap products. Responsibilities Accurately enter and track customer orders, monitor shipments, and handle billing inquiries. Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls with professionalism. Investigate and resolve customer issues, including damaged goods and incorrect orders, in a timely and fair manner. Maintain strong product knowledge of soap and toiletry lines to effectively answer customer questions. Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery. Desired Background/Skills Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. High school diploma or equivalent required. Familiarity with CRM systems and order entry platforms.
