Occupational Therapist (OT) — Champaign, IL Area

Direct-Hire | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | No Weekends, No Call



We're hiring Occupational Therapists for an established health system in the Champaign, Illinois area. Both acute care and inpatient rehab settings are open under one application, so a single submission puts you in front of the right team.

This is a direct-hire, permanent role. Day shift, Monday through Friday. No weekends and no call. If you're worn out from the SNF or home health grind and want a hospital schedule with room to grow, this is the move.

Settings Available

• Acute Care OT — Evaluate and treat patients across all ages in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Inpatient Rehab OT — Work a dedicated rehab unit, carry your own caseload, and serve as a mentor and clinical resource for staff and students.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages across acute and rehab settings
• Design and adjust treatment plans based on patient goals and progress
• Serve as a role model in the delivery of professional services
• Act as a clinical resource for staff and students
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers using clear, effective methods

What You Bring

• Current Occupational Therapist license (Illinois, or eligible and willing to obtain)
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Comfort working across a range of ages and acuity levels
