Details Work in a 12-bed Emergency Department within a hospital setting Patient ratio of 1:4-6 Night shift schedule, varied hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM 13-week assignment length Uses EDIS/Medhost EMR system No on-call responsibilities No floating required Requirements Active RN license (MO or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Minimum 2 years of ER RN experience required No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Valid driver's license and US Social Security Number required for consideration Additional Information Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department utilizing the nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education Delegate patient care priorities and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel Scrub color: any solid color Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position RTO requests must be less than 1 week Candidates who worked at this health system as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered American Traveler Job ID P-734050.
