Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to promote Agile principles and continuous improvement.5. Supports the collection and reporting of Agile metrics and team performance data.6. Contributes to Agile training and knowledge sharing within the team.7. Assists in the adoption and use of Agile tools and technologies.8. Works under guidance to implement Agile best practices and delivery techniques.9. Supports cross-functional collaboration to achieve delivery goals.10. Continuously develops Agile knowledge and skills through learning and practice.QualificationsRequired QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles.3. Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.4. Experience participating in Agile ceremonies.Preferred Qualifications1. Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Fundamentals.2. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Rally, TFS).3. Interest in continuous improvement and Agile methodologies.4. Technical background or experience in software development or related fields.5.
