Part-time Mixologist

Part-time Mixologist We are hiring a Lounge Mixologist! Responsibilities include setting up the bar, breaking down the bar, locking up liquor, and properly storing fruit and juices. You will accept drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order, make cocktails in accordance with beverage standards, and follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies. You will complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist, check and replace glassware where needed, stock and replenish ice at all ice stations, clean floors in the area of responsibility at the end of each shift, empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary, and be responsible for the inventory of soda and juices and their rotation of stock. You will also stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary. Pay: $17 per hour plus tips Hours: 3pm or 5pm until 1am Location: Durham, NC 27703, USA Employment Type: Part-Time
