Asset Protection Specialist

Position Purpose The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store or multiple stores. Specific Asset Protection Positions Asset Protection Specialist: $21.00 Responsibilities Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud. Monitor CCTV and exception reports and review the store's physical security. Audit Electronic Article Surveillance and drive a shrink elimination culture. Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries. Preserve evidence, interact with law enforcement, and testify in criminal and civil court actions. Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty. Minimize risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company. Maintain integrity and respond to asset protection and operational concerns of associates. Remain focused on store‑specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection responsibilities.
